"I like how this property offered breakfast and a large bath jacuzzi with our stay. What I didn’t like is how there was no key for us to access our room. It felt a bit unsafe knowing we can’t leave our room unless we call the front desk to open it for us. If there was a fire I would be very concerned with getting out of our room. Also it would be nice to not have to report what time we will be coming back to our room every day of our stay."

"For a a night or a few night stay it is sufficient. Staff are good but could be more attentive. I did stay 2 weeks so expected a lil more. All in all well priced and very clean. I used the laundry roo. Which worked well but they could clean the room better. Not cleaned in two weeks there. I would stay there again if back in Machida!!"

"The restaurant upstairs , i was disappointed at the service. When i got my bill I see they charged me 1000 Yen as table charge . When i asked what this charge was for they said its for the 2 slices of bread (tiny) they gave us after sitting at the table for 35 minutes and they also said all restaurants in Japan charge a table charge per person. I did eat at other restaurants and i was never charged."

"Stayed for one night so we could visit Hikarigaoka Parkrun and also Golden Gai. Easy to get to and very close to metro. Short way (12 min) from the station for the narita express. The hotel staff were very helpful and both check in and out were seemless. The rooms were typically Japanese and small however the design allowed you to store luggage under the bed and the bathroom was excellent"
