"Apart from the rooms being on the small size with limited storage, the bathroom and other facilities were nice and with a great power shower. The highlight was the amazing view from the premium upper floors over Tokyo Bay! Lower floors would just look at the back of the Hilton opposite so worth an upgrade if you can.
