"We always stay here when we have to get on or off the Shinkansen as it is not too far. The variety of dining and shot options also make us want to stay here and it is not as chaotic as in Tokyo city centre or Shinjuku. We prefer this place as it is easily walkable to the shops and dining places we often go to as we know what we're getting. The staff are always friendly by and approachable. "Restaurants under construction. Not much good choice in eating at restaurants on premises. But it's very good shopping and dining area around. "

"Hotel room was small as expected in Japan. Bed was nice normal Queen Size but took up most of the floor space. Actually efficient and usable desk work space. AC was next to useless and room was warm for my tastes. 17th flr business center / lounge / breakfast area was nice escape from small room. Maid service was great, ninja stealth and room was always serviced well. N Tower rooms and set up seemed better for business based on colleagues' descriptions of their rooms in the main tower."
