"I loved how central it is to every thing. Only minutes walk all the attractions. Public transportation is only around the corner and to/from airport on public transportation was simple. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean. Great experience! "

"We arrived at the hotel at about 11 AM. We checked our luggage free of charge which was nice. I decided to go upstairs to see if we could check in early. They did check us in early, which was super nice beautiful hotel very comfortable bed large bathroom we are on the 18th floor facing Michigan Avenue with a beautiful view. Front desk clerk was excellent offered many options for dining to us. Unfortunately, the bar area is closed on Sundays. That was the only downfall that I can say about this place beautifully decorated, and the entire staff was super friendly from the doorman to the security guard. Excellent location for shopping, dining, and hanging out downtown."
