I recently stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton and while it had some positives, there were a few disappointments. When I booked the hotel, it was advertised that breakfast was included, but I was charged for it during my stay, which was frustrating. Additionally, I was disappointed to find that no water bottle was provided in the room, which is a standard expectation in most hotels. I had booked a king-sized bed, but instead, I was given a room with two separate beds. While the room itself was decent, these small inconveniences made the stay less enjoyable than I had hoped for. Overall, the experience was average. The location was great and the room was clean, but these issues made it hard to fully enjoy my stay. I hope the hotel can address these inconsistencies in the future.
