"We booked 3 rooms. 2 out of the 3 were ready much earlier than we expected which was great! We found it a little funny however that the rooms upon arrival had another guests name on the welcome TVs and also had a sparkling juice with card to this person also. I wanted to take the dog out for a walk in the morning, and the other elevator was having issues as well, so we ended up on the service elevator.
