We stayed on the 12th floor and we could hear the El running through the night. It wasn't horrendously loud and didn't keep us up, but it might bother some (the hotel provides guests with earplugs)."

"The property is central and a good location and good prices on parking nearby. But every room should have a refrigerator. They all do not when you’re going out to restaurants. You always want to put your leftovers in the refrigerator and keep your drinks cold and there is ongoing renovations that start at 7:30 in the morning and wake you up which is a real bummer the employees are wonderful, however, and do their best. "

"The hotel's interior design is ideal for any get away. I stayed at the Junior Suit facing Millennium Park and the view was splendid. They had about a 32 oz complementary water with various snacks and liquor to purchase. The concierge was very lovely and helpful. I love the diversity of the staff. The one area I wasn't happy with the service was when I went to eat the roof top restaurant, "Cindy." When arriving at the restaurant I was greeted with a, "How can I help you?," I was confused due to...
