"Property was great and staff as well. My only caveat was that their restaurant only had to go breakfast, and when the bed in my room broke, I was downgraded. The staff was great though and was given a late check out at no additional charge. "

"This hotel is enormous. I was blown away by the shear size and openness of it! The only thing I didn't like was the carpet in the hallways, making it very difficult to move heavy luggage around on it. The room was very comfortable and bed soft. I usually have a difficult time sleeping in hotels, but not this one! The breakfast, while at an extra fee, was WELL worth the price! The breakfast was delicious. Overall, I have been to several hotels around the O'Hare Airport and this hotel is my absolute favorite. I need to look into their rewards program, because this is where I will be staying every time I travel in and out of Chicago. :) "
