"Wyndham has purchased this hotel, but done absolutely NOTHING to improve the quality of the hotel. It is more run down than it ever was before when it was just the Chicago South Loop Hotel (not the Wyndham Chicago Mccormick Hotel). The people who work at the hotel are wonderful. They are professional, kind, helpful, and caring. The general infrastructure is just old and things need to be replaced or updated like carpeting, paint on walls, and fitness center equipment. "Wallace was so friendly to us, he gave lots of recommendations to us and he’s right about them, they’re super awesome. This place hold your luggage before and after check ins and outs. I would recommend this place to everyone, the furthest we walked was 25 minutes to the bean."

"The first room I was given it was cold so I went to the front desk explain my issues and was given a NEW room with no problem the washing machines and dryers DOESNT WORK, I wasn't refunded the money I lost. the breakfast was a nice. They severed eggs,biscuit, gravy waffles, oatmeal, cold cereal drink machine. Yogurt, apple, oranges, bananas ect ect, over tall it was a nice stay"
