I like this hotel, it is cozy, clean, and walkable distance to many attractions & shops. However, the room that j was assigned (5th floor facing a parking structure) was pretty noisy in the night with occasional vibration Not sure if it was the wind, the train? Or even the car from the parking structure. I am a light sleeper so this really bothered me but not so much with my kids. We stayed there for 3 nights, I will have to say I would enjoy coming back to this hotel but not staying at the low floor units.

Fantastic central location! Perfect for exploring the city. Many amenities and attractions like the Navy Pier are accessible by foot from this location. A little far from the United Center and Wrigley Field but there's a multitude of transportation options available to get to either location without a personal vehicle. Overall, perfect for our stay in Chicago.

First time in the chi…. The wife and I enjoyed everything and I mean literally everything about this hotel. When we revisited we will definitely be staying here again. We adored this hotel for its hipster vibe and excellent customer service when it was a Kimpton property & we’re thrilled with it now that its the L7. The bellman remembered is from a former stay and the Check-In Staff went above & beyond to ensure out accommodations were perfect. Another great stay! We’ll be back!
