"We loved our stay here. My teens loved the window nooks in our room, which was spacious with a great view. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. The complimentary coffee, tea, hot chocolate was a plus. They were able to accommodate an early check-in and hold our luggage on the last day since our flight was late and we still wanted to explore. The cold water is filtered in the room, so you don’t have to spend ridiculous money on bottled water. I could go on, but I would stay here again in a heartbeat. "

"This is the perfect hotel for a stay in Chicago. Transport to the all lines round the corner, including for the airport. Walking distance to the theatre district, Navy Pier, Wrigley Building etc. The staff are amazing, always welcome you back and approachable for guidance of the city. Pedro especially was so kind. The bed is very comfy, shower powerful and a clean spacious room. I'd come back here again every time. "
