"I booked the Japanese suite, it’s very spacious like a two bedroom suite, my two teen boys have futon on one side, me and my husband had mattress on the other side of the room, in between there is a living room setting with sofa , tv, desk, bar table, the bathroom is quite big with toilet and shower separately, the foyer can store our five big luggage’s, it’s 15 mins shuttle between hotel and airport, very convenient and efficient, overall it’s the best choice we had in Tokyo so far. "

"Check-in was quick and easy. There were four elevators, which is "ample." There was a vending machine on my floor with two Mtn. Dew buttons and a Pepsi Zero button. (I'll trade ya one of those Mtn. Dew buttons for a regular Pepsi one!) During room cleaning, the hallway was a bit cluttered with bags and cleaning stuff. The "Convenience store on the first floor" was actually a Lawsons right next to the hotel, which....close enough, I guess. I stayed there two days and my room was pretty quiet...

It's a bit complicated to figure out how to regulate the temperature. It kept alternating from scalding to freezing until I found the sweet spot. Definitely needs updating. "I thought chain hotels like APA would be very mid. But my experience was amazing! Check in was smooth, the staff are so professional. Very good first impression of Japan due to this hotel. The room is small, but I expected it. The spa was amazing. And there was convenience store on the second floor. I didn’t know until the last day. I wish I could stay a few more days here. Now I am a huge fan of all APA hotels. The facilities of this location was sparkly new too. All excellent things with this hotel!! Highly recommended "
