"I liked this hotel very much. The room was small, but standard for this type of room in Japan. The beds were comfortable. The room was clean. The location was about 7 minutes from the train, in a quiet area. It was very convenient to travel to and from this location. I can't comment on the Spa area, as I didn't use it, but it seemed to be very popular with the other guests. Lastly, they allowed us to store our luggage before check in and after check out, which was extremely helpful because we arrived early in the morning and departed late at night. Only negative thing is the elevators can get pretty crowded at certain times. Overall very happy with my stay here and would stay again, if I have the chance to come back to Japan. "

"we stayed here for three nights as we were visiting Disney for the first part of our trip, and we made the right choice! the staff was incredibly helpful, the room was spacious, and the amenities were great. they also offer a shuttle service to and from DisneySea and Disneyland, which was very convenient. also, there's a family mart inside the building, and another one just across the street, which is great for early morning/ late night cravings. the downside is just it's a little bit far from the metro station (10 mins walk)"

"Great being able to walk under cover long the tunnel from Shinjuku train station to the Shinjuku Washington Hotel foyer without getting wet when it is raining!! Great restaurants and Lawson shops nearby in the basement to get your meals and other items or eat in the hotel restaurants. Local buses or taxis are also available to get around Tokyo. Great views from the windows and walks to the local parks with some wonderful playgrounds too."

"I always stay in the Shinagawa Prince Hotel when in Tokyo. A few weeks before, it was at the N tower, and previous times were at the main tower. This is my first time in the Annex which was a lovely room. It was smaller than in the main tower but the Annex was less busy. The lobby was also cosy with lots of books. I will book this again when I am back in Tokyo in Dec! "

"We spent our 35th Anniversary here. I was not disappointed at this Hotel at all. We celebrated our Anniversary at the Tide Table Restaurant and it was everything I had imagined. The convenience of having the train station right next to the hotel was awesome. Everything about this hotel from location, cleanliness, staff, amenities, etc was exactly why I chose this hotel."
