"Great hotel. By far the biggest we stayed at in Japan. Lots of laundry facilities. It is a little ways from the parks still, roughly 15 minute bus ride or so; they do provide a free shuttle which is nice. It’s very far from Tokyo though so highly recommend only staying here when visiting the parks and then move for other Tokyo travel. "Pretty good hotel for solo travelers around the Makuhari area. It's close to the Shin-Makuhari train station, as well as a couple of shops and a supermarket. So if you want to get something to eat from a convenience store, or take a train out to Tokyo, then you can do that easily. As for the room, the one I had was a single room. It is small, so you probably don't have enough room to move around in. But it was manageable. For the price, it's not too expensive. "
