"This property is situated near the JR train station and is walkable to the hotel, but the walkways are not even and pushing 2 huge heavy luggages on wheels can be challenging. I was attracted to book this hotel because of the shuttle bus service from/to the Narita airport. In the end I couldn’t use the shuttle bus service because it only operates early in the morning and evening. "Very clean hotel, the room was spacious and had everything we needed. The shuttle busses were on time and very convenient to take. The breakfast in the morning was wonderful. The staff were very kind and we were able to leave out luggage before check in and they even took our luggage to our room. Highly recommend. "
