"The staff were all friendly and very kind and helpful. I was surprised at how wonderful the breakfast was, and at the variety of food available. Especially considering it is included in the cost of your stay. The room while small was well thought out with a safe, hairdryer, slippers etc. The washroom was small but a good use of space with sink and bathtub sharing a moveable faucet. Very ingenious! "Convenient for a stopover, with an early next day flight. Rooms are very simple, bathrooms feel like being on a boat, but they are clean with everything you need. Breakfast buffet was excellent."

Highly recommend, Great value

"We spent 2 nights at Narita Tobu Hotel prior to our departure back to the states. We took the hotel shuttle bus from Narita airport Terminal 2 to the hotel. During check-in, we were told that they offer a shuttle bus that goes to the Mall and Train station as well. The next day we took the shuttle bus to Aeon Mall where we had lunch and then took a 15 minute walk to Naritasan Park, the Great Pagoda of Peace, and gardens...very beautiful. The shuttle picked us up at the Mall for the return trip back to the hotel. Our room was very clean and spacious. Convenience stores on the 1st floor, restaurant and upstairs bar with nice views. The only minor gripe was that we could not adjust our thermostat. Room temperature was just a bit too warm for us. The next day, we took the hotel shuttle to airport. All went very smoothly. "

"We loved our stay at Oriental Hotel Tokyo Bay. After 3 weeks travelling through Japn, these were the best and most comfortable beds and pillows we'd experienced. The bag holding room was amazing, as we could leave our bags, locked up and safe, until check in time. We didnt need to deal with too many staff but they were all helpful. I did have an issue with needing to change rooms, and while communication through expedia messaging was very slow (24hrs to reply to an email) staff were helpful at solving the problem. We were in the new Marlin rooms. Beautiful rooms and bathrooms. There were a few noisy neighbours and we could hear banging and stomping, but in general it was quiet enough. Very conveniently located next to the train station and malls for shopping. The Disney bus was easy and convenient. My family especially loved the free toiletries room and the welcome lounge every evening with drinks and snacks. Would definitely stay here again."
