Our room was very spacious and had a balcony with beautiful views of the bay and city skyline. There is an on-site restaurant that offers buffet breakfast with options of Japanese or Western food.

Every staff member we encountered was very friendly and helpful. Rooms, and especially the bathrooms could use some updating. Good location and easy to get to Tokyo Disney.

We recently stayed here and it was just perfect. The hotel itself was beautiful and clean. All the staff were so lovely and welcoming. The pure convenience for our Disney days saved us so much time. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a lovely room with purple decor and a separate shower and toilet area. The staff was nice and accommodating.

Love the location. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Very easy to check in and out.. our luggages were already in the room when we came back in the evening for our 1st night stay. This is better than the Grand Nikko Maihama 😁
