"electronic door lock jammed while we were inside the room. no phone in room so couldn't call hotel staff. luckily managed contact with expedia via web chat n they called hotel to get us out n changed room. very rare case but would feel more safe if people inside room can reach staff via landline phone or message system, just in case."
