"Was quiet and clean and a good walking distance from shops and transport. The Onsen bath was beautiful. Breakfast was delicious but as a foreigner i wasnt sure how to prepare most of the breakfast items. Some information/instructions with pictures from a QR code would be useful. "I enjoyed my stay at Hotel Trend Omiya. Being a "business hotel", the room was compact and well organized with the essential amenities, but most importantly, it was clean at all times. The location is great: only a 5-minute walk from Omiya Station's East exit and in a quiet block. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel Trend Omiya is a hidden gem, super affordable and convenient. I would definitely stay there again! "

"We had excellent stay at Nyoze house. The house was very nice and clean , has all good facilities like internet, TV (Netflix and prime), good kitchen and bathrooms. The house is good to have a relaxed day with your family. The groceries are nearby (walkabble 500 mts) and Nubia (the host) is an excellent host. "electronic door lock jammed while we were inside the room. no phone in room so couldn't call hotel staff. luckily managed contact with expedia via web chat n they called hotel to get us out n changed room. very rare case but would feel more safe if people inside room can reach staff via landline phone or message system, just in case."

"It’s an excellent hotel just minutes walk from Omiya station. The building is clean and has a restaurant and very affordable breakfast buffet. The staff are all very well-trained and polite. They were happy to help me extend my stay on last minute notice and remain in the same room. (Twice). I recommend Marroad Inn. They always brought fresh towels"
