"First time traveller to Tokyo. My family (of 6) spent 8 days in and around Tokyo late March 2025. We stayed at their room for 6 with bunk beds. The accommodations were great for this trip - appreciated the setup of the 6 beds, views, kitchen area, combo washer/dryer and service. The distance of the property to the main Shinjuku train station, shopping/dining might be a problem for some (15-20 min walk) but it wasn't for us. Overall, recommend this property especially for 1st time visitors!"

"Had an excellent stay at the Tokyu Stay! The room was unexpectedly large and had a washing machine and small kitchenette which came in handy. In a quiet area but easily walkable to nearby stations. Clean towels and tidy up provided daily at no extra charge but room was not cleaned/made up daily as with some other hotels. "

"We loved our stay here. This was our first time visiting Japan, so we wanted to book somewhere central to the busy Tokyo areas. This hotel was perfect. It is steps away from Shin Okubo, which is only one stop away from Shinjuku, and has a 7-11 kitty corner to the hotel. The hotel's amenities were also excellent, from complimentary toiletries and coffee to peaceful onsens that were free for guests. The staff were friendly, and the room layouts were terrific. We will be back!"

"Even better than expected. The room was extremely clean, quiet, and full of amenities. The staff were friendly always. I loved that you can leave your luggage in a safe area to go around the city before check-in, and the breakfast was great. The breakfast area gets crowded (I had to wait for half an hour) so make sure to go early if you have an appointment."
