"The washer/dryer combo is very helpful, but takes a very drying sessions to fully dry (approximately 5-6 hrs to complete). Location convenient 7eleven and about 15 min walk to many other food options. I'm a more quiet part of town. Initially went to another Ueno Monday closer to the food so be aware. They have great toiletry, beds were spacious & clean! Bunk bed for my daughter a bit low ceiling. Great stay overall! "

"The room was a good size for our family of 4 and we liked that the toilet, shower and sink were in separate spaces. Had a small kitchenette which was helpful. Staff was friendly and location was good. The only complaint was the washer/dryer combo didn’t work. Spent a lot of time waiting for the clothes not to dry…would not recommend using their laundry. "

"The pokemon theme room quite impressive although the snorlax pushy looks a bit dirty. The whole room is with pokemon design except the toilet. Around 10mins walk from station, no shelter. "

"Our stay was great. The room and linens were clean, with 2 double beds, they were firm, I believe most are in Japan. Pillows were good size, I have neck problems so I usually travel with my own. "Booked a two bedroom Japanese suite for 6 adults and it was pleasantly spacious enough to accommodate. My only feedback would be that the kitchen is quite small, however I believe that the area that would have been utilised for the kitchen has been allocated to the tatami room. There was storage for suitcases which was very practical for those staying in the tatami room. The main washroom was spacious with double vanity. Walking distance to main asakusa area was great. "We loved the location. If you like to learn about Sumo, this is the perfect location for your stay. Around the hotel are easy dinner options, no lines and waiting times like with many other places in Tokyo. The breakfast was good. Many options to choose from. The room was quiet and was cleaned daily. Public transport access was great, just a 1 min walk from the hotel. "

"I thought chain hotels like APA would be very mid. But my experience was amazing! Check in was smooth, the staff are so professional. Very good first impression of Japan due to this hotel. The room is small, but I expected it. The spa was amazing. And there was convenience store on the second floor. I didn’t know until the last day. I wish I could stay a few more days here. Now I am a huge fan of all APA hotels. The facilities of this location was sparkly new too. All excellent things with this hotel!! Highly recommended "

"I at this hotel for three nights with my family. The hotel is clean and the staff is kind. Location is great, right in the middle of action, and yet the room was nice and quiet. The beds were comfortable, the AC worked really well, the room was super clean. A great experience, that's for sure!"

"I thoroughly enjoyed staying at this particular hotel. It kind of felt like home Although the rooms are not very spacious, it is still incredibly comfortable and clean and quiet and peaceful. The staff are incredible and friendly and helpful. I had one particular amazing staff member at the hotel help me with an issue one night when I was exhausted and overwhelmed she was very hands-on to assist and help her name is Maruo she Literally was so incredibly helpful and went above and beyond I appreciate her dearly and will never forget her. Thank you so much Maruo 礼尾 you don’t know how much your help meant to me. The hotel is close to Local restaurants and 7-Eleven Lawsons and family Mart just behind the hotel everything is walking distance very quickly. You can even get a shuttle bus next to the airport/hotel There are supermarkets as well as department stores situated very close to the hotel it’s a safe area for tourists and a very convenient area I absolutely love Kinshichō One of my favourite areas to stay in Japan/Tokyo you can get anywhere conveniently via The JR line/Kinshichō Station Which is incredibly close to the hotel literally 3 to 5 minutes walking distance I couldn’t recommend staying at this hotel enough happy New Year to every staff member and thank you for your hospitality! "
