"Hotel Mystays was surrounded by greenery and exclusive, plenty of buses and trains for transportation. The property also had a beautiful pond outside filled with gorgeous koi fishes. The premier suite exceeded my expectations, I had two bathrooms, two televisions, and a huge bathtub, which was separate from the bidet toilets. I had my own living room area, and sliding doors which would separate the living room area from the king sized bed in the suite. Overall worth every penny. Loved this...

"Professional and friendly staff. Stayed one night before my flight at NRT airport the next day. I had breakfast included. I showed up 25 minutes before the breakfast buffet closed, and it looked like they were already getting things done for the morning. They were able to accommodate me even when I forgot my breakfast pass in my room, one of the staff members asked for my room number instead."

The only complaint would be that the room was a little bit smaller than we anticipated, but we were expecting a small room in the first place.
