"The hotel is located right next door to Narita Kesei railway station with direct access to NRT. Check in was simple, and the room, whilst very small, had everything you could need. The TV was interactive, and if I was able to connect my firestick to it and watch my own content. You can also cast directly from your Apple or android phone. "Great for a stay after traveling from CA. The shuttle outside airport took 30 min to arrive and then another 30 min to get to hotel since it made airport stops and pther hotel stop. Restaurant had a delish a la cart noodle dishes since buffet did not look appealing. Room was big for Japan. The gym was adequate. Bought just coffee for breakfast and took convenient although crowded shuttle to train station...20 min. Will stay here again when coming to and from NRT. Price was amazing"

"Overall we enjoyed our stay here. It was our first night in Japan . Staff was super friendly and could speak English. They offer a shuttle service but unfortunately no one responded to my email requesting pickup from the airport, so we had to taxi. Their buffet breakfast was good too, as my son has nut allergies, the staff was able to let us know which items to avoid . "

"This is the perfect hotel if you’re staying compact and traveling light. Its small space can feel a bit cramped but overall it’s extremely comfortable and has everything you could imaging to help accommodate you. It’s not even a 5 minute walk from the main Chiba station making getting to and from destinations a breeze. Even the area surrounding this hotel is beautiful and worth walking around to find a bite to eat or shop around. "

"10 mins walk from Keisei Funabashi station but is a reasonable distance with this price. Nakau is located just downstair and 7-Eleven is just 2 mins walk from hotel. Lawson is about 5 mins walk from hotel. Will definitely stay at this hotel again for my next trip to Japan."
