"Very good tourist hotel. Service and staff were marvelous. They worked hard to exceed service levels. The breakfast buffet was comprehensive. The only negative I have to offer about the property itself is the harsh direct lighting in the rooms. It would have been much better to have some table lamps for the night stands and the desk. The hotel is wedged between the redeveloped waterfront (good) and the hostelries and low-end shops catering to younger, less affluent travelers (not so great)....

"Nice hotel. Great central location. Lack of staff at reception an issue. It took us 40 minutes to get served as there were only two staff working and a large queue of guests trying to check in. Manager saw the queue and ran away instead of assisting. Besides the disorganised check in process 5/5 stars. "

"Location is great. The town center is 10 minutes by walk. The staff was courteous. I think the floor plan isn’t ideal esp if you get a courtyard facing unit. It can feel quite cramped especially when the blinds are closed. "

"I loved the fact it had insite facilities such as tbe resturant and bar. Also lovely heated pools. A nice holiday destination for familes with playground courys and pools. Some buildings are looking a little tired and shabby from the outside. Maybe rooms need a little freshening up."

"I would have loved to give 5 stars for everything. Our stay was relaxing and so much fun for the kids. I would definitely recommend to friends and family. My only issue was SOME of your reception staff are quite rude and their attitudes match their rude looking faces. The ground keepers were always welcoming and cheerful. Cleaning staff were happy and helpful. Thank you kennedy park for our overall enjoyable stay"
