"We had a decent stay here. I thought the photos from the room of being near the lake meant we were actually closer to the lake (i.e. truly at the edge). Instead the space between the patio and the lake pictured is actually a driveway for the other vehicles and RV's- so its not as peaceful as expected from the photo. In addition, we were in room 6 of the motel, which happens to be next to the laundry room, so we did have noise from people using the laundry room. Otherwise a good stay, just a...

"Must book a room with Mountain View. The view is amazing. Room is much spacious than I expected. Clean & Neat. All the staffs (including the cleaners) are super friendly and helpful. I am glad that I decided to stay with Hermitage Hotel. Unforgettable experience and highlight of my NZ trip. "

"Basic housing in a fairly new property. It's prefab bulit, so it's not fancy. It's on the smallish side. It's in a new section of town. There is no view of the lake."

"It is a nice spacious apartment in a quiet neighborhood. It is close to the town center with shops, restaurants and supermarket. Unfortunately, the management didn't clean the apartment thoroughly because there was still strong odor (food smell / cooking from previous occupants). Also there was no paper towels or dish / cleaning cloths in the kitchen. Good thing was that the bedrooms upstairs were not impacted by the odor."
