"However very hard to get to, we thoroughly enjoyed our 3 days on the island. It was quiet and safe and we felt very much at peace in our bure, thus the added bonus of its inaccessibility to the noisy public. The Fijian staff are amazingly friendly and welcoming. If there was a negative it would be the food/cooking quality. The breakfasts were outstanding but the buffet-style dinners and lunches were too bland and overcooked and became repetitive! "

"Before going to the Beachcomber Hotel we couldn't find many reviews online so we had to resort to personal experiences and comments from friends and co-workers. "We were surprised that the property only consisted of one unit. It was a little more rustic than expected. However the owner shared meals with us at his home & the food was unique & delicious. As a dive master he took us snorkeling & was a great guide. He showed us around his property & the construction he has been working on for three additional units. The location is great. Made up for the rustic accommodations."

"Nice accommodation, breakfast buffet was the best! . Pros : breakfast buffet is so good! One of my top highlights. Air con in my room. Cons : outlet plugs didn't work in my room. Walking distance from my room to the pool/restaurant was quite a walk and tiering. Boat ride to & from the hotel to my car was exhausting especially coming home from a night out, had to wait a while for the boat to pick us up. Would've loved to park up & go straight to my room without the extra wait & boat travel....
