"It was so noisy and couldn’t sleep even after midnight. No transportation. Always staying in line too long to have breakfast on buffet. Water parks adults and kids was closed too early. Always they hadn’t beach towel. Not enough sit around pool and beach. Service was good. Staff was friendly just the person on the reception takes too long give us the room in checking time and was waiting for money to give us the room that we picked it before."
