"This place was so luxurious but for an affordable price. The breakfast buffet was worth every penny. They have multiple onsite restaurants. Just know they close around 8:30 or 9 pm. The rooms were fantastic. The only issues were the beds were very hard and the elevator doors don't seem to have sensors. They close very fast and they closed on me and other people multiple times so you basically have to jump on to make it. "

"From check in to check out the staff was very helpful, and made it easy for us to do luggage transport which was greatly appreciated. The breakfast was delicious, the room was spacious and had a comfortable bed. We loved our stay here and would stay again "

"The rooms were very comfortable and were large enough to fit two back packs, two carry on luggages and a checked baggage. Check in process and check out progress was quick and painless. In my personal opinion, the greatest perk of this location is the 5 minute walk to the subway station which is a 15 to 20 minute ride to Ginza, Shibuya, Shinjuku and Akihabara. There are also plenty of convrniejcr stores available to use. Would absolutely stay here again. "

"The hotel was great. Economy room was small as expected but had all as described.Good breakfast.lovely roof top bar and terrace where we ate in evening, unsure where the French/ Italian restaurant mentioned in description was. Helpful staff very friendly. Be aware if raining or snowing!! They can't get taxis for you, but you can grab an Uber. Very happy with the hotel. The location I personally wasn't keen on as you had to walk past a number of Adult clubs and hotels. It was about 15 mins to the...

"Clean hotel about a 12 minute walk to Shinjuku Train Station South Exit. There is an underground safe walking route if it's raining outside. The breakfast buffet at either the 25floor or at the annex is very good and worth the price. There are 2 convenience stores and other restaurants onsite. The Metropolitance Government Building is 1 block away with an outstanding 360 view of Tokyo and it's FREE! At night, there is a nice light show of the government building that's nice to see from the hotel...

"First off I would stay here again. The location was the location, staff and hotel amenities were excellent. The breakfast had plenty of options and the food was top notch. They have a garden view if you want. The Japanese bath is a must try, it helped with the soreness from all the walking. Hope this review is helpful. "
