"We enjoyed our stay here, a good location and area. Our room was clean and big enough for our family of 4. Bathroom was tiny but that was to be expected- it worked and very clean so no issues! Lots of restaurants in the hotel but Only downfall was the buffet being very marginal- the price reflects. There were a lot of people so the dishes were empty, we had to wait a while for them to refill so that was annoying. Quality was ok just not much options. "

"Nice to have restaurants and shops in the main building and airport limousine stop. Annex entrance is slightly hard to find on it's own."

"Great stay at the APA hotel. Check in during regular hours was seamless, quick. Rooms themselves are quite small but seems par for the course for Tokyo and also reasonable for the price. I stayed alone in a single unit and felt cramped at times. The breakfast is excellent and I had no problems getting a seat around 8 AM without a pre-reservation/signing up before hand though it does cost 200 yen more. It is about a 10-15 min walk from the closest subway station though which can be a pain...

"This was a wonderful stay with a hint of old and new.merging together, morphing into a great cultural experience. The service was great and location was also accomodating to tourists. I am very happy with mu stay and highly recommend to anyone wishing a ryokan experience in the city."

"Friendly and welcoming staff, very cute hotel in a great area. Quieter area but close to anything you might need. The rooms are very small, but they were comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. Not taking any stars off, but you can hear the late night crowd outside. Just be prepped with some white noise. We would stay again."
