"Absolutely wonderful hotel. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Tokyo was amazing. I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough. We were concerned the rooms would be small based on other reviews. I’m 5,11 and the bed was fine for me. Suitcases stored under the beds and plenty of room for the 3 of us. The worst thing about the hotel was having to go home to Ireland 😭"

It should be open so guests can cool off during the hot summer months. Why does the pool open so late in July? Its hot now, I need the pool to be open now. "
