"Small rooms but convenient. We stayed in a DELUXE DOUBLE, the room was small (not tiny), enough for 2 people with 2 carry ons and 2 big suitcases. The hotel is nice, they clean the rooms everyday, the front desk is helpful, also the staff from the cafe in the lobby. Location is good, we waked all the time to restaurants and bars. "This is very convenient near the narita airport with free shuttle to and from! The dining option was very clean, great food selection and desserts. We got the japanese style room which fit the family of 5 and still have a good space to put your luggage. There was a lawson konbini on the first floor as well. Will definitely stay here again"
