"Perfectly fine hotel for me for 1 night in London. Room was clean with updated bath. Location is pretty good, lots of stuff within walking distance. On the down side, the walls are pretty thin and I was in a room with an adjoining door which was also thin and did not seal completely so much so that when my neighbor left for the night with his light on I had to put my coat along the bottom of the door to block the light."

"This hotel way surpassed my expectations for the price paid. It was clean and well maintained and a great location in London. Really comfortable stay. It was a 1 night, late booking in December in London for single occupancy and was cheap compared to lots of other hotels in the area. It was a small room for 1 with a single bed but absolutely perfect. I'd definitely return. 3 of my colleagues also booked the same and were all equally impressed by this hotel. A great find. "

"I am so happy with my stay at St David's. it was perfect. My room was so spotless and organized. bed made daily. I was on the 3rd floor and heard the train a little - nothing to keep me awake or annoy me. No rodents! Very quiet. I did have a twin superior room, which I shared with my 22 year old son - worth the extra $ for the superior. There were just 3 other rooms on my landing. I loved the tea service on the landing below. Building was charming, nice view of the park out my window. So close...

"The property is awesome, I couldn't imagine staying anywhere else. The views are incredible if you're facing the tower bridge. Everything you need is within walking distance. Make sure you visit the St Katherine Docks, there are so many restaurants on the dock behind the hotel. If you're a runner than you are in heaven don't forget to bring your running shoes the views are breath taking as you run across the tower bridge. The staff is professional and courteous. I didn't do breakfast due to my day starting early breakfast is $22. The hotel has a restaurant attached, Vicinity is the name they had out-side and inside seating options. The food is ok, but there are several options to eat in walking distance. NOTE: if you're going to be there longer than four days get the upgrade and pay for the Tower Bridge view. I definingly recommend this place "

Greatest fun in a hotel

"Loved the concept, great conversations in living area, great breakfasts, and snacks, manager was fabulous (parked) may have gotten that wrong. Room was a blast, loved the controls, mood noise, auto curtains, tv selection, bathroom multi color nite light, the whole BR glowed, what fun!"
