"Resort was very large and had many amenities. The beach is beautiful, especially great for families! Food selection was very good, choices for everyone. Majority of the staff was very pleasant and helpful. Only suggestion would be to have a real coffee bar that operates all day, not just the machines. Surprised there wasn’t one as coffee culture is big these days. I fortunately I brought my own! Otherwise I would highly recommend this resort."

"First of all the only thing we liked was the staff service. Specially Sr. Bolivar Rivas (driver). This person is at your service and problem solving that makes you feel protected. Super Professional and Respectful and a great Human. Another staff is Sr. Jose Nunez waiter (captain) he runs a ship with such a smooth sailing and great human. And finally SR. Adrian Jimenez waiter at the Level Melia beach snack restaurant. He is amazing on remembering your drinks and constantly offering his service....

"This was our first all-inclusive stay in ten years. Overall, we enjoyed it. The resort was beautiful and so peaceful-like you were in a tropical jungle, and our room was huge and so awesome (swim-up suite). The biggest issue was that the resort had changed since we booked, so we couldn't go over to the other resort/access the kids club until I bothered the front desk several times. We finally got a special bracelet. The other resort was bigger and had an amazing waterpark that our kids loved."

"The Westin should offer more food options on it's hotel menu and should drop the guacamole/ tomatillo from the menu. It was horrible. Please don't order it! It was more of a sour tomatillo sauce."

"The service was great and all staff were super friendly. Dining options were good, a little less than some other all inclusive in the area, most likely as it is a smaller than the other resorts. The resort was nice and quiet, however first timers should be aware there are dress codes for the french restaurant Chez Isabelle. Guests should bring a collared shirt and long pants. "
