"The overall welcoming environment throughout the property. The layout of the buildings, surrounded by swimming pools, the shaded areas and all the amenities for relaxing and enjoying are superior. Evening shows were very nice. The superior rating also goes to the staff. I have names of people who were so gracious in making my vacation so pleasant. I want to name them here because I hope they get the recognition they deserve for being so nice to us. They are Jacob (he solved so many problems for all our group every day of our stay. He checked with us (we were a group of 8) every day and always with a friendly smile and can do attitude, also I give recognition to Jose Luis, Kelin, Isabel, Noemi, Ana Maria, Kaira, Lissette, Jesus, Julio and Anthony Sierra. I'm not listing here all the bartenders that served us the most delicious Mojitos or the room staff that were so accommodating because I failed to get their names. Please make sure how appreciated they are. Your property is a five star hotel and a cruise ship all in one because of the kind of service you provided. The only negative is that we had some leaking from the Jaccusi area upstairs due to a strong rain shower. We called Jacob and he immediately solved the problem for us. Also the air conditioning needs to be very cold otherwise the room gets damp and the ceiling gets wet. We recommend that it is inspected carefully because that could damage the structure of the walls and ceiling"

"Front lobby should be renovated, it needs an update.Very dark. Everything else was great. Staff was excellent and very accommodating. Wish they spoke a little more English though. Communication with room cleaning staff was hard with language barrier. Overall great experience. Would definitely go back to this resort. We had so much fun! "
