This resort was amazing. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I had an amazing experience. Francisco Ortiz at Desires Bar deserves a raise. He was a one of a kind employee! I cannot praise this resort enough. From the many food options, to the beautiful beach views, this resort has everything a person can want for a relaxing getaway.

"I had an amazing stay at Secrets Tides Punta Cana! The service was top-notch - the staff were super attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. The hotel itself is stunning, with beautifully decorated rooms that were modern and spotless. The specialty restaurants were a highlight, with delicious food, gorgeous presentation, and exceptional service. The buffet was also very good, offering a wide variety of options. The hotel's gardens, pools, and decor were all beautifully maintained and added to the overall ambiance. Unfortunately, the beach was affected by sargassum, but that didn't stop us from having a fantastic time exploring the pools and enjoying all the hotel had to offer. Overall, we'd definitely recommend Secrets Tides Punta Cana for its excellent service, beautiful facilities, and great atmosphere - even with the sargassum challenge!"

You have access to food at all times, meaning at least one restaurant and room service is open at all times. We had a swim out room, our fridge was kept stocked at all times, towels replaced often and rooms kept clean. We opted for preferred and received a butler and access to pool and bar. I would not recommend, our butler had to many rooms to try and keep up with, some days we did not hear from him and our reservations were mixed up. The preferred pool was busier than the other 2 pools but the set up was nice.
