"We visited this Riu in November 2024 and had a great time. The beach was fantastic, the pools were great, and the food was excellent. The only negative for the entire trip was that food and snacks in the sports bar were not refreshed on a timely basis. If you want a late snack catch one of the buffets before they close."

"Resort was very large and had many amenities. The beach is beautiful, especially great for families! Food selection was very good, choices for everyone. Majority of the staff was very pleasant and helpful. Only suggestion would be to have a real coffee bar that operates all day, not just the machines. Surprised there wasn’t one as coffee culture is big these days. I fortunately I brought my own! Otherwise I would highly recommend this resort."

"The service was great and all staff were super friendly. Dining options were good, a little less than some other all inclusive in the area, most likely as it is a smaller than the other resorts. The resort was nice and quiet, however first timers should be aware there are dress codes for the french restaurant Chez Isabelle. Guests should bring a collared shirt and long pants. "

"This resort is amazing! It is great for the occasion we were here for, which was a South Asian wedding. For my own personal tastes though, it is excessively huge. I prefer smaller resorts where I don't need to get on a tram to get from one end of the resort to another. Having said that, the staff and service are excellent, food options are good and plenty, and there are no issues with things to keep you busy. Highly recommend for people who like "city-like" resorts."
