"I absolutely loved this resort! From the moment we arrived, I knew I had made the right choose. The staff was so welcoming! The grounds were so beautifully maintained! I loved my room and location! We enjoyed the food options and themed dinner options. Lots of fun activities! I’m so very excited to return here again!"

"Spa Maya was utterly amazing and highly recommend to anyone looking for a very natural Spa Massage and experience. Mari and Virginia were so professional and nice! The resort staff generally were great aside from maybe 1 or 2 sour apples. Room service needs improvement bad. I do understand there will be a wait but pushing an hour of wait time is ridiculous, also if you need to take a late shower or bath, make sure you have all of your towels in the room as room attendance closes early. Restaurants were ok, our fave was the Bruschetta and open Buffet. The Kotatsu was horrible and so was the service from server, except for the host who I cannot remember his name but he worked 11/14 and he was so nice! The restaurants did a decent job in trying to accommodate Vegan options as we traveled with a person who was vegan. Suggestion, make sure more vegetarian and Vegan options are available in all restaurants. Night activities could use a little updating. Overall, we do plan on going again with our sisters because it was a great relaxing time. "
