"It was "my bad" that I left a some what not an excellent review when checked in due to an elevator not working and the hotel gave me a different roon. The manager corrected it and got me the room I booked for. EXCELLENT services. Staff was great. Everything was good. Price was very decent. I would request a revision of my check-in review. I would stay here again the next time I am in Hà Nội."
