" Very welcoming, polite staff. Room was clean and neat, we were alocated an accessible room which we did not need, the shower gel was under the shower head which could not be moved so the gel was washed away before you could get your hand away. How someone with mobility issues manages I don't know!. The heater in the room beside the bed banged and popped all night so we had hardly any sleep the first night till it was fixed. "This was our second time here and they have dog friendly rooms. The lady at the front desk was friendly and upgraded us to a bigger room which was so much better than the one we had booked. It was quite spacious and the bed was very comfortable. We dinner at Inn restaurant which had a lot of choice. Service again was good. They have new EV chargers which we made use of. "

"The room was a bit small but adequate. Downside there were quite a few stairs but no lift. Will definitely go again but will stay on a lower floor. The staff were fantastic , friendly and nothing was to much trouble. Cooked breakfast was one of the best ive ever had. Loads of food , good choices. Hotel situated in ideal place , near the pier and everything within easy walking distance. Beautiful view over the bay with sea view room. Will definitely return to this hotel "
