"Ridiculously amazing hotel. Staff was EXCELLENT! And we got to see some of the Liverpool footballers while there. Bonus! Bed was super comfy. Luxurious all around!"

Generally nice stay
"We have a good stay. No issues however have stayed in other hotels in Chester that were cheaper and had better decor and more facilities. Hotel is basic but of a good standard. Balcony room but no fridge. Some areas could do with a paint / upgrade."
