We stayed at the Grand as a family of 4 on half term. The room was poorly booked by Expedia but was quickly sorted by staff.The entertainment was great but was quite late for the kids.Great location, great time we will be back!!

Cannot fault the hotel at all. We had a newly refurbished room overlooking the sea. It's was all nice and clean and a lovely bar area. Only down side was the street out side the hotel was full of litter and dog s##t. I know it's not the hotels fault but maybe they could chase Conway council on this matter. Scott (Chorley)

This hotel is in a fantastic area for view's and bars and restaurants The hotel itself is a bit worn but rooms were clean and the entertainment in the evening was good we had a buffet breakfast which was 12.00 ea h but worth it and the breakfast dining room was spectacular Thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay in llandudno

The hotel is lovely the lobby is beautifully decorated for Christmas aswell we had a lovely stay the room was bigger than we expected and the beds were really comfortable and the kids loved the jacuzzi bath. We will definitely be returning this Friday for a longer stay 🙂

Although it is an older hotel, it still has grandeur and heritage. Ok it is dated and could do with a significant investment but this would probably be at the expense of the atmosphere. We both enjoyed it and the quirks like the creaky floorboards added to the experience and charm. A nice safe hotel that gives you a cuddle.
