"Lovely,comfortable and cosy room. We were met by lovely staff and a hot toddy. A lovely welcome. Breakfast was amazing and a real taste of Highland hospitality. Would definitely recommend a visit"

"The staff changed my room from a double in the main building to a double in one of the “chalets” due to renovation in the main building over-running. It was inconsiderate not to inform me at some point and ask if that was OK. Be aware also that check in closes at 4pm! "

"Somewhat disappointing. No one was there to check us in of inquire about our needs. Kind of eerie to stay at a hotel and not see anybody else (employees or guests) during our stay. Plus there was no Highland Cattle plush in our room as their web-site pictures suggest. Otherwise, a comfortable room that was clean and well-maintained."

"Jackie and Keith were lovely hosts who made sure i had everything I needed for my week-long hiking trip to Loch Ness: a strong hearty breakfast every morning, comfortable room to come home to, daily chekins and timely weather forecast and information on their favourite local trails. Location-wise, 5 stars! I especially enjoyed walking across the street to the Visitor Center for tour bookings, was within a stone throw of Nessie exhibition center, and drove out to do 360 trails around Loch Ness...

"Wasn't expecting ensuite to be across the hall from our room, although the Guesthouse reminded me of my childhood family weekends away. A quiet peaceful place and hardly heard others coming and going. We ate at a local bar/ restaurant - expensive meal (exchange rates AUD the main reason) but delicious."

"Owner arranged early entry and communicated well over WhatsApp. Room was very comfortable and little touches like the muffin and milk in the fridge for an afternoon cuppa go a long way. Everything was well planned out for breakfast the following Morning and wow what a choice ! House is situated amongst trees and I would highly recommend! Would not hesitate to stay again if I was in the area!"
