"The property was not only located in the most convenient location imaginable (I was working in the castle, which is literally just across the road!), but the hotel is very nice in itself. The room I was in was small, but not in a bad way. I had space for everything I needed, the phone signal and WiFi were strong, the bed was comfortable, there were even complimentary biscuits! "Please be aware this is self service and if pub is not open this was challenging. My e-mail/text arrived after I had completed my stay. Contact was difficult and the Indian takeaway opposite was a great help to gain access. This was a shame as the room was excellent. Internet and TV didn't work but that was the storm weekend. So, possibly a reason. Poor phone signal throughout Llangollen anyway."
