"So I was surprised at the size of the room, which is very small. The bed touches three walls with not much space for items. The bed did have space under the bed for suitcases. That said the staff was exceptional when I asked for extra padding to the mattress. It was a very walkable area and nice for the theatres."

"In a great location. Especially if visiting the theatre. Close to Covent Garden, Leicester Square and Trafalgar Square. I stayed in the basic double room, the bathroom was very small. The walls are also pretty thin, fine if you don’t have noisy people in the room next to you but unfortunately we did. Normally this wouldn’t be an issue, but 2.15am on a Monday night being woken up by guests next door wasn’t ideal. I would stay here again though as the location is excellent and all staff members...
