"Great hotel in an excellent location. Super convenient for London public transport and set in a very quiet square. The room was surprisingly big in comparison to other London hotels, and the bathroom was spacious too. Our room didn't seem to have a mini fridge and there was panels falling off the desk where I assumed they closed it shut, but we didn't really need it. A/C seemed to be controlled centrally, and though I didn't have any issues, I heard other guests complaining about the heat, so...

"Room was not ready at check in time but was offered complimentary prosecco and given regular updates by reception. Offered an upgraded room forvour 2nd night but declined as we were not goingbto be back on the yatch until 10pm, really appreciated the offer though. Staff were great, room was very large and clean. Breakfast was a little disappointing as the scrambled egg was runny with dried up lumps in it both mornings. Would definitely stay again, a lovely experience. "
