Only thing that would have improved things was a good coffee machine that seems to be the norm in many hotels now. The gore had just a kettle (with the world’s shortest chord) and terrible sachet coffee. We were disappointed that the much heralded restaurant was closed on Mondays….which was our main day of the stay…this hadn’t been pointed out on booking. The bar however is still extremely cosy….highly...
