"Customer service was great and not ikea bathroom "

"The room was lovely and the bed was incredibly comfortable but there is a distinct lack of sound proofing between rooms, especially if you happen to have a connecting door. Also there didn’t appear to be any plug sockets near the bed for chargers. So, maybe when the rooms are refurbished, management could possibly think about usb sockets nearer to where people would need there devices to be. "

"We only stayed one night but it’s right next to the bridge so it’s pretty much around everything, the restaurant downstairs was very good as well. "

"This stay surpassed my expectations. I think a lot of the London hotels could learn from this one. The staff were so friendly (especially Tomas in the restaurant) and it so often isn’t the case nowadays. The price was on a par with a Premier Inn but the service was excellent. Comfortable beds ans amazing shower. There is noise from the extractor fans if at the back of the hotel (many rooms are) but my daughter loves falling asleep to white noise and I wear eye plugs so no issue for us really. Worth knowing though. "
