I headed back to front desk, was given a new room, but it was embarrasing, why would they give me a room without making sure it was unnocupied?"

"Really nice hotel! The area is nice and quiet at night. The room walls are a little thin, but I didn't have any trouble sleeping at night. The coffee machine is a nice bonus, I used the laundry machine in the basement to wash my clothes once, and the cleaning folks provide you some water each time they tidy the room. The area is super nice and walkable to grab coffee, nearby drinks, brunch, or dinners."
