"We really liked this hotel, though it was a bit of a pain to get to from Narita AP. Hotel has a currency exchange machine in lobby, which seems fairly common in Tokyo. View from our room wasn't great, but we paid for, and received, the cheap seats. Bed was comfortable. The PJs they provide for use are downright luxurious. "Staff was very helpful in ordering us a taxi and later helping us retrieve a valuable item left in the taxi. As a location to go to Tokyo Disney Resort it worked perfectly fine. If I were visiting Tokyo as a tourist I might pick another location that had more restaurants and shops nearby, but very close to the train station. There was 1 piece of carpet that was easy to lift, but room was very clean."
