Our third stay in this hotel for our holidays. Construction still ongoing at the Takanawa Gateway City. Station entrance moved a little further away, although still nearer than walking to Shinagawa station. The complimentary drinks and snacks in the evening was great, as there are little food options nearby. Looking forward to our next stay.

Staff was great. They helped us with our luggage transfer. Hotel is on the main road so you do hear cars/motorcycles. If you're a light sleeper, might not be the place to stay. Hotel is close to several different metro stations, in walking distance so that was great. Rooms were on the smaller side. Not much room for two people with multiple suitcases. Bed was comfie. Water pressure great!

Solid hotel stay. Very roomy bathroom. Decent view out of the window of Shinagawa train station and the new building being constructed across the street. Close access to train station. Convenience store (Lawsons?) within a couple of walking minutes away and a local supermarket about a 15 minute walk away for good lunch/dinner bentos. Enjoyed out stay here.
