"The staff are professional and kind. The property and rooms and spotless. The beds are on par with a luxury hotel. The food at the restaurant is excellent. The price can’t be beat. And I am a total snot about hotels. This place is wonderful."

"Feels like coming home, only better, every time we stay. Love that the owner is on site and all staff recognize us and are polite and skilled and prompt. It’s a beautiful place to stay and close to everything interesting in town. Not to mention the beautiful, tasty and high quality food every single meal."

"Excellent location in the heart of the art district and all the beautiful restaurants! Great for solo travellers and couples. The hotel was very quiet aside from some light construction to a section of the building during the day. Super fast check in and check out."

"It was our first visit to this property and it was a great week. We plan to return next year. Only downsides…. Food and drinks on property are overpriced considering the alcoholic beverages were not strong at all. Other downside is the fact it is too dangerous to swim in the ocean in that area. Other than that, the property and staff were great!!"

"The newly renovated Tropicana was having a soft opening. Staff was a little green and not all the rooms were open. That said it is still a lovely place and a wonderful location to visit old town San Jose del Cabo. Staff was very anxious to make our stay overnight a wonderful experience and they did! Have stayed at the Tropicana off and on for 30 years!"

"The hotel is very unique and the garden area and pool area is beautiful. Located near the center of town is great. It allowed us easy access to shopping and dining. The room need some updating, the couch was tired and the bathroom was musty and old. A little tlc in these areas would make it great. The bed was very comfortable."

"I was extremely with the Hotel Posada. Super clean, definitely Mexican in style, friendly staff especially the lady receptionist. The bed was really comfortable and the pillows so good that I wanted to buy one. I hope the Costco back here in Calgary has the same ones."

"Our stay at Acre was very pleasant! There was great staff, the food was delicious and the ambience was immaculate with all the wonderful vegetation and wildlife (horses, dogs, chickens, ducks, donkeys and peacocks). Overall a wonderful and fun experience for a nature and animal lover. My fiancé and I will love to be back soon. "
