There was an issue with our room the first few days (loud music from bar area and from the central square) but the staff was great when we talked to them about this and moved us to a nice quiet room right by the pool. I didn't mind the late night DJ because he was very good but the surrounding area overall was incredibly loud until super late (2-3am). I am also absolutely covered in mosquito bites from dining here. The pool offers no privacy and is tiny. The location is really convenient though & this place has great style."

"The pool is very small. OK for young children or a quick dip to cool off but no actually swim. There is a pagoda covering it so very little sun until later afternoon. Picture is before the Pagoda and misleading. Right adjacent to parking lot so no privacy. Room is very small for 2 needs but functional. Little room for luggage. "Upgraded room. I wasn't sure if they were honest when they said Expedia didn't pay room taxes so we had to pay that. I didn't see any line items for that on Expedia receipt. Been wanting to reach out to you to see if that was true."

"This has always been a family favorite place and I always recommend it to all our friends. Love the convenience of a kitchen which most of the rooms have. All the staff are great but I’d like to give a special shout out to Angel who recognized my daughters as soon as they stepped out of the car even though he hadn’t seen them in 6 years.
