The staff was extremely friendly. They all made conscious effort to greet you in every encounter. Part of the site was under construction, so noise prevented us from using part of the place. Other than the French restaurant that we did not enjoy, particularly, we loved the food everywhere else. The Asian restaurant was our favorite.

The service at this resort was truly exceptional—unlike anything I’ve experienced before. While the rooms could use a bit of updating, everything else more than made up for it. Alejandro and his manager by the pool went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Alejandro’s attention to detail was remarkable—he asked for my name just once and remembered it throughout our entire trip. Their dedication and hospitality made our vacation unforgettable!

All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. Our hostess Margarita, waiter Jair and bellman Jose we exceptional. We spent 10 days here for our honeymoon and everything was so incredible. Staff were all so nice and helpful. Definitely would recommend.

Our stay at Hyatt Ziva was a 10/10. The view, the swim up rooms, the food, the staff, Catalina our concierge. We had the best time ever.

Well, I was NOT aware that this hotel was under renovations…. Sooooo, every SINGLE day from dawn until WELL after dust there was hammers, drilling, pounding, you name it!!!!! I spent freakin 6,000 dollars of my money for this trip so I certainly feel as though I was shorted! It’s unfortunate.

Very nice property. The service from all the staff is excellent. They are very attentive and friendly and always asking if you need anything. Alberto the bellman is grand and so friendly. When we arrived ....he greeted us and we told him we were there for my daughters birthday....he immediately started singing Happy Birthday to her!! We would definitely go back.

The great part about this property is overall the service is good. Then the negative part, the resort is undergoing major construction ALL DAY UNTIL 10PM. The room and the facilities are not particularly clean.

Service was excellent as it's always been at ziva. Food was very good, many choices for different palates, spacious accommodations, various activities, great entertainment. Property is a bit aged, but, it's in the process of being renovated, most definitely could use more room to wash hands in the sinks in the room, its almost impossible to wash hands without touching the sink.

The food was varied, fresh, and delicious...so good! The pools and outside areas were easy to access and very pleasant to spend time in. The rooms were very comfortable and roomy. But most of all, the staff at the Hyatt Ziva was incredibly helpful, pleasant, and made us feel we were very welcome.
